More informationThe sales conversation in the IT and telecoms channel is increasingly shifting towards an advisory conversation in which convenience is important. This (among other things) prompted Telador to put forward their product Voipro and develop something new together with Salesdock: a user-friendly hosted telephony sales flow for the dealer channel.
First the frameworks: what is it about exactly? Voipro is the powerful telephony solution for SMEs. Salesdock is the supplier of a smart sales portal for sellers of energy and telecoms, among others. At the table, we meet the driving forces behind this new partnership: Filip de Jonge, founder and CEO of Telador, Leroy Everts, responsible for business development at Voipro and Mark Hekkelman, CEO of Salesdock. Telador acquired Voipro in 2017 and has since worked to further expand its services and positioning. Everts: "Voipro now offers the most user-friendly hosted voice solution for SMEs, which we deliver through our dealer network."
The strength lies in the simplicity of use for the end user, Everts explains. "That, combined with a sales process where the dealer is completely unburdened. The dealer only has one important role: finding customers for the hosted voice solution." Once that customer is found and the connection realised, Voipro takes care of all the work, such as configuration, maintenance and billing. The end customer has a relationship with Voipro and the dealer does the relationship management.
Voipro originated in the Netherlands and has an important feature: it is an in-house developed platform that allows you to quickly respond to market changes, wishes of dealers and their end users. This makes the Voipro product complete: its ease of use, unburdening for the dealer and powerful support. And thanks to the collaboration with Salesdock, there is now also a good, widely known and easy-to-use sales platform. De Jonge: "Dealers want to connect quickly and efficiently. For that, we found the right platform at Salesdock.”
Hekkelman continues: "Salesdock is no stranger to the Dutch reseller market. As a supplier, you build a network of partners to reach your target group through various sales channels. Before you know it, you create a ''jungle'' of processes for each channel and dealers. With Salesdock, you create uniformity in all your sales processes and get control of your sales. You bring all existing dealers and new channels together in one platform. With Salesdock, you as a supplier take control of your sales funnel and work efficiently with your resellers, all scalable from a single portal. Salesdock is also a Dutch product and has become the most widely used sales tool for the energy sector in the past year, Hekkelman explains. Meanwhile, many traditional internet and sim-only providers like Lebara, Budget Thuis and Ziggo Zakelijk also use the platform to facilitate their sales channels. Hekkelman: "You could say we are successful in both the business and consumer markets."
With Voipro, there is now a complete hosted voice solution on the market that helps end users communicate optimally internally and externally in a very user-friendly way. This is done via a fixed IP phone, with an app on the smartphone or via the web browser. And Voipro is of course also very easy to link with most CRM environments. It is up to the dealer to decide which solution best suits his customer's needs. If the client wants mobile telephony in addition to IP telephony, this can also be arranged via Voipro. And at a time when working from home is the norm, full integration with Microsoft Teams is also worth mentioning. Voipro offers a smart solution to integrate telephony and Teams with each other. This makes Voipro an efficient hub in the business communication process of SMEs.
Salesdock's ambition is to serve other markets after energy and telecoms. Hekkelman: "We are currently working hard to successfully add markets such as solar panels, charging stations and LED lightning. Those are the next steps. But the first new market we picked up this summer was hosted voice. With Voipro as a launching customer." Salesdock's mission is to make it easy for salespeople in the distribution channel to provide maximum customer support. Hekkelman: "If a market is simply unlocked, the product starts running by itself." The collaboration with Voipro is a great example of Salesdock's mission. Voipro has the desired sales solution for its product and Salesdock takes a step into a new market.
